B2ME ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED is registered company under the companies’ act 2013, having its registered office at 103, Mansarovar Heights, 111/412-A Shipra path, Mansarovar, Jaipur, hereinafter referred to as “the company”.

The company is dealing in direct selling business of various consumer products and services such as preventive health products, fmcg products, skin care, health care, OTC and fashion.

The company uses website to display the details of the products, marketing and methods, business monitoring and also the company doing awareness training programs of directs sellers and consumers by way of webinars and workshops about the company and its products.

The company is working with the values of growth, honesty, passion and commitment for their valued direct sellers and customers who keep faith in the company.

The company appoints the direct sellers /distributors across the country for marketing and sales of services and products. Direct sellers of the company would work to sale the products of the company to consumers whether individual /body corporate as per the satisfaction of the company’s esteemed customers. The persons who are interested to become direct sellers of the company need to purchase the products of the company upon their satisfaction with the quality and services. Also, they may become direct sellers/distributors of the company if they wish to by applying in the prescribed form.

The persons who are interested to apply for direct sellers of the company, are advised to go through the company policy and the terms and conditions mentioned herein below: -

Eligibility for direct seller/distributor

a. The Age of person individual must be 18 years and above. if applicant is a legal entity i.e. company, partnership firm, society and trust they shall provide their registration/incorporation certificate in the name of legal entity.
b. The person individual shall provide his KYC documents and copy of PAN card to the company. if applicant is a legal entity i.e. company, partnership firm, society and trust, it shall provide a copy of articles of the association, deed of partnership or constitutions of the society and the copy of the PAN card for verification.
c. The direct seller /distributor of the company is not an agent, representative or employee. the relationship is on principle to principle basis.
d. The applicant direct seller must be proposed by an existing direct seller /distributor. e. Wife and husband shall be considered a single unit for this purpose. f. The company has absolute discretion to decide whether to accept or reject an application.
g. The applicant direct seller should not have been convicted of any criminal offence punishable with imprisonment in last 5 years by any court of competent jurisdiction.
h. The applicant direct seller shall furnish true and correct required information and shall inform the company immediately if any change in future.

Rights of direct sellers:

a. The company shall not compel or induce the direct seller to purchase goods or services in an amount that exceeds an amount that can be expected to be sold to consumers within a reasonable period of time as mentioned in company policy.
b. The company shall provide the direct seller 30 days cooling off period in which to cancel participation and receive a refund for goods or services purchased, subject to terms and condition of the company policy.
c. The company shall allow for the termination of contract with one-month notice, in such instances and on such terms where a direct seller ID found to made no sales of goods as prescribed in company policy.
d. The company shall provide a buy back or repurchase policy for currently marketable goods or services sold to the direct seller at the said direct seller request as prescribed in company policy.

Obligations of direct sellers

a. The direct seller should carry his identity card and will not visit the customer’s premises without prior appointment/approval.
b. The direct seller shall truthfully and clearly explain the identity of the company and the nature of goods or services intended to sold to the prospective consumer.
c. The direct seller shall offer a prospective consumer, an accurate and complete explanation and demonstration of goods and services, prices, credit terms, terms of payments, return policies, term of guarantee after sale service.
d. The direct seller shall keep a proper book of account stating the details of the products, price, tax and the quantity and such other details in respect of the goods sold by him as per law.
e. The direct seller shall not use misleading, deceptive and unfair practices.
f. The direct seller shall not use misleading, false, deceptive and unfair recruiting practices, including misrepresentation of actual or potential sales or earnings and advantages of the direct selling to any prospective direct seller, in their interaction with prospective direct sellers.
g. The direct seller shall not make any factual representation to a prospective direct seller that cannot be verified or make any promise that cannot be fulfilled.
h. The direct seller shall not knowingly make, omit, engage, or cause or permit to be made, any representation relating to the direct selling operations, including remuneration system and agreement between the company and the direct seller or the goods or services being sold by such direct seller which is false or misleading.
i. The direct seller shall not provide any literature and/ or training material not restricted to collateral issued by the company, to a prospective or existing direct seller both within and outside the company, which has not been approved by the company.
j. The direct seller who does not adhere to the terms and conditions can be suspended, pending inquiry or termination from the membership.
k. The direct seller’s ID is nontransferable unless a duly signed request letter by transferor and receiver is sent to the company for perusal and approval.
l. That direct seller is abiding to strict compliance of the company policy.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute or difference whatsoever arising between the company and the direct seller out of or related to this agreement shall be settled by Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and conciliation act 1996[act]. The place of arbitration shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan.


The undersigned direct seller declares and acknowledges that he/she fully understands all the terms and conditions mentioned here in this agreement and company policy and here by agrees to all terms laid down. The direct seller fully understands the implications of the terms and conditions and therefore binds himself/herself in to a legal contract with the company (B2ME ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED) as per the Indian contract act 1872 and other applicable laws. Further the direct seller acknowledges and agrees that he shall read and abide by the company policy and plans( as amended from time to time ) and direct selling guidelines,2016 issued by department of consumer affairs and all amendments thereto (which shall also govern the conduct of business and mode of business of the direct selling under the present agreement) The direct seller hereby also confirms that he/she has personally explained in his/her vernacular language about this agreement, the company policies and activities as per plans. I hereby also agree to submit all disputes to arbitration as provided in the terms and conditions of the company.
